“I have a old hard wired security camera system that’s configured through my current Buffalo router & a wireless Panasonic BL/C131 camera that is also configured through my router. I think one is on port 443. Can I configure the Velop to connect to these?”

You will have to forget your network while signed into your account on a computer not the app. Walk with your router and manually connect it via Ethernet cable to each camera and set it up to your new network.
