Yes it does, however it is tricky to get to it. Linksys wants you to use the app for this and makes it difficult to get into it any other way. Go to google for instructions on how to currently get to the web gui as patches change the process.

Yes, but you will have to Google to find out how to get to it. Based on a number of forum posts, Linksys/Belkin support is reluctant to hand out instructions but may be persuaded if you sound competent. The web UI is not identical to those in the WRT line. But it is clear, provides more functionality than the lousy mobile app, and appears to mostly work. The only problems I saw were that online/offline status for connected devices was more often wrong than right. And the speed test was completely inaccurate.

Yes - See the Linksys boards on their website. I have been on the web interface of my router many times. I believe you must set it up with the phone app initially as it uses a bluetooth connection. This is disabled however once the router is initially set up.

it has an app for iPhones. very sleek and I like it to cut my kids off their internet so they can study. or better yet, go to sleep!
