For Verizon particularly, the Fios has a cable modem and would get you either ethernet or MOCA internet signal. If it is ethernet, then you can use your Velop router directly. For MOCA, get a MOCA adapter to convert the MOCA signal to ethernet and then connect to the Velop router.
