My router is an Apple Time Capsule and I like it for all my apple auto backups through time machine. Will the Velop system allow me to still use the Apple router, or does it replace it using one of the nodes as my only router? null

You'll need a separate modem and the Lynksys velop system replaces your router. One node connects to the modem just like your existing router. The other nodes are positioned at various points throughout your home.

You can hook up the router first I’d imagine or second and run just the apple stuff if it and use the velop for everything else
