• Yes our latest model, the Linner Deluxe, that will be released later this year works for severe hearing loss.

• None of the OTC (non-prescription) hearing aids are allowed to advertise as being for severe hearing loss. Also, look closely - you'll see that this is tehnically a "personal amplification device", and NOT a "hearing aid".

• They didn't answer you properly, which is annoying. Does LINNER know if they can sell the gentleman ONE hearing aid? No sense in selling him two when he's deaf in one ear.

• I don't think this would be sufficient for someone with severe hearing loss. It's not sold for that purpose.
