The microphones are in the earpieces. I'm not sure they're even capable of handling an external microphone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works without the mic. Don't put the mic in your pocket, you will hear noise from rubbing on the cloth. I made a holder for the mic from an airconditioner filter, which acts as a windscreen. The holder is on a string, which goes around the speaker's neck. See photo.
