“My dad has the new Lively Flip phone. I have Verizon cell service and I don't have any problems connecting to my dad. 3 family members also have Verizon and are unable to connect to dad's phone. When they call dad can hear them but they can not hear dad.”

We had this same problem. Our newer iPhones would not connect with my mom's Lively Flip. We called tech support and had her added to the list for the tech update (we waited almost 2 weeks for the update). After the update was completed, we had no problems with the connection. I hope this helps!
