QuestionWhy does it take 4 steps to dial a call? 1st arrow to Contacts.2nd arrow to name. 3rd hit OK to tel #. Then 4th hit OK to make call.This 4 step calling process is cumbersome for an elderly person who only has the use of one hand.

QuestionIs there a way to disable the “BLOCK” feature remotely? My mom is stuck between nursing facilities and hospital where my cousin and I cannot access her phone in person, and she keeps accidentally blocking us! Is there a way to permanently fix this issue?

QuestionMy father purchased this phone. The phone constantly dings to show that the signal is weak. I have tried to connect the WIFI but it will never actually connect. The phone shows it is on and it is connecting but it never complete. Yes the WiFi works.

- Answer I can’t get my Mom’s Jitterbug phone connected with high-speed Comcast Business Internet. The “help line” suggested I leave the highly connected internet environment and go outside where it might just connect in “the air.” This thing will not connect connect anywhere. I took it back to Best Buy and they said they’d connect it for $39.95. I’m with you, what’s up with all of this. Does the BBB and the Public Service Commissission need to be notified? Nothing built for elderly people should be so difficult and have so many extra expenses to just get working. All of the people complaining on their website, and it’s an insane amount, need to call their state’s BBB and Public Service Commission and report. Telling the company isn’t getting anything done.

- Answer I'm sorry, I wasn't quite accurate on my previous answer. Select Contacts, scroll to the contact to delete, click OK, scroll to Edit This Contact, Scroll down to Delete This Contact, click OK. Again, your software may differ depending on the phone model and/or the software release/update.
