“How do i activate the voice mail feature? Is the only way to end a call by closing the phone? Thanks”

• Great question! Voicemail has to be added to your plan in order to be an option on your phone. Voicemail is $3.00 per month and once it is added to your plan you will have the option on your menu setup is available once you access it.

• I didn't have to add voicemail. It was already built into the phone.
