Great question. For easier calling the Lively Jitterbug Flip2 now has speed dial, and it can be set up through your contacts, via the edit option. For more information on speed dialing, please call our Customer Service at 1 800-733-6632.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Agreed. Picked this up for the old man yesterday. BestBuy couldn't or wouldn't allow testing the features in store so it was a gamble. I don't know who comes up with the features of this phone but they obviously have no experience with the elderly. Also very disappointed with the ring tones. Need a nice loud classic ring!
