Texting was supposed to be off. Still getting them and charged. This is ridiculous. About to shut this service off..

l had to fight with lively about the text message, l was told they cant help. because it the Government. l told lively had long l pay for lively l have more authority ove Government un install text message l am paying both in coming and out text message that not mind.
