• Hello grama, thank you for your question. The volume buttons are on the top right side of the, the top one raises the volume and the bottom one lowers it. You can find how to lock these buttons on page 117 of the user guide, or our friendly Customer Service is available to assist you weekly from 5am to 6pm Pacific time.
