• Great Question! The Jitterbug Flip2 phone does work on 4G LTE Coverage. The Jitterbug Flip2 phone does not have the capability to access the internet. If you are interested in a phone that can, we would recommend our Jitterbug Smart3 phone.

• I can't answer this specific question.....but I am new user of this lively jitterbug flip2 cell phone and am 80 yrs old, and find this phone very easy to use. love the larger numbers, speaker tone and manual directions are easy to understand.
