Hi Tim, we offer two types of plans, Health and Safety Packages with talk and text or talk and text only. The statement you are referring to only applies to the Preferred or Ultimate Health and Safety Packages that include texting. Please scroll down a little further on our web page and you will see “Just need talk and text? We’ve got you covered” to see the monthly text plans.
