Hello, you can upload your photos and videos directly to your computer. The feature is only compatible with Windows XP or greater. Use File Explorer (previously named Windows Explorer for some older versions of Windows) and follow the below steps. 1. Ensure phone is on and connect the phone to the computer using the USB-C cable provided with the handset. 2. Open File Explorer and locate Lively Flip in the options on the left side 3. Double click Internal Shared Storage to open 4. Double click the Media folder to open 5. User will see images and videos folders. Double click desired folder to select 6. Highlight the photo or video files desired, right click, and select copy 7. Right click and paste in desired folder on computer or on desktop.
