Great question! To review usage on the Jitterbug Flip2 phone, you select "Device Info" on the Main Menu and the option for "Phone Usage" will be available to you. Amazon Alexa is a free voice command feature available on the Jitterbug Flip2 phone but when commanding to make an outbound call or connecting to voicemail it will go against your minutes plan set up on the account.
