We suggest that you power your phone off for 30 seconds and then back on as this will refresh the phone and resolves most issues. Please try again later.To be honest with you, I'm just noticing that concerning my father's phone since yesterday and I'm not sure if it had been happening all along, I'm actually going to call Lively to find out, I've even tried powering down the phone a 2nd time for reset ( we power it down at night for charging, the former model when fully charged continued to chime through the night therefore we learned to turn it off, not sure if this one chimes after being fully charged or not) I'm still noticing the same thing, cursor not moving at times and having to close the phone and start all over with certain utilization of the phone.
