“What is the carrier used for this fone?? Also what would be the average monthly cost to use this phone. My husband is not very tech savvy. He's on oxygen so he needs some type of communication in case of emergency. Thank you”

The carrier is called Lively. Service is about $30/month including taxes, fees, etc
