• Sorry to say, it needs to be activated. I had someone at Best Buy do everything they could to activate it for me so I could leave it with my grandpa in working order but I still needed to do something more. The problem seemed to be that it doesn’t come fully charged and so it couldn’t be fully activated until it was.
