Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I know it's locked to Lively cell service, which isn't bad. They focus on easy to use phones and low cost plans. The Jitterbug phones are the easiest to use phones for older people. This flip phone is the easiest to use and best one I could find, and it comes with a charging cradle that's much easier to charge the phone with. Other brands make you pay extra for one.
