- Answer The Lively Service includes integration potential with Amazon's Alexa services and devices. You could, for example, have Alexa call your emergency numbers and give it access to your Lively Account Data for what doctor to call, etc. The two accounts can work in tandem but you need an Amazon device and account to do this. It could be a life saver if your phone were away from your person and you fell down... You could literally shout for help!

QuestionIs anyone else having issues using Alexa to call someone? It works about half the time. And when it does work, it’s still a very clunky experience. I can’t figure out if it’s an Amazon issue with Alexa, or if it’s a Lively issue.

Questionevery time someone calls, I can hear them, but they can’t hear me. I have reset the phone with the code that they said to use and it still doesn’t work. How do I fix that?

- Answer I had the same problem, I had to use the speaker function. After several resets by Lively support agents that didn't work they replaced the phone. Fortunately, I could document the first contact was within the warranty period.
