A:AnswerYou might have to be creative in a search for a suitable cover with lanyard. The Flip 2 phone user guide did not list "accessories", so try looking for (1) a large-pouched name badge holder with lanyard, as sold at office supply stores or business copy centers; or (2) a novelty small cloth or leather pouch with neck strap commonly found on Amazon, E-Bay or Etsy; or (3) a travel passport or document pouch with neck strap as sold in catalogs/luggage shops; or, maybe easiest, (4) a very small digital camera padded pouch with neck strap widely sold in electronics/camera shops. Any excess interior space in your selected pouch can be filled with hand-cut craft foam sheet or styrofoam. Go "custom made" & have fun.

A:AnswerI agree that twelve rings seems excessive; however, these phones are designed for those who are older and may have mobility issues. If the phone is not immediately accessible, i.e. having to use a cane/walker/rollator to move to different room/location, the twelve rings may be appropriate/helpful.
A:AnswerGreat question! All minutes are good for 60 days from the date they are issued. If you are on the 300-minute plan, any minutes you do not use will carry over into the next month for use. The oldest minutes will always be used first, before taking from the new minute bucket. For additional support, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-733-6632.
A:AnswerI do not believe this phone is "carrier specific". I bought it for my mom and she is using it on Verizon. They set it up on Verizon at the store. She was on Verizon on her old phone before we purchased this phone.
A:AnswerLively flip uses WiFi for the Alexa app, not for voice or text. It cannot do "Wi-Fi calling." This information came after escalating a technical support issue.
A:AnswerThe only way I could do it was to put a mini SD card in the other flip phone, copy it to a computer, change its format to csv, and then semi-manually upload it to the lively website. I was unable to copy it directly from the SD card.
