• I've had it for 2 years and ive changed the batterries twice. I consider myself tech savvy and setting this up after a battery change is a pain.

• Typically, batteries will last 9 months to a year with normal use and 6-9 months with heavier use. We have an indicator light on the lock that tells you the battery is low and the app shows the battery level as well. The lock will also beep when the battery is getting low.
