I agree! I paid around $10.00 extra for shipping because they quoted that it would arrive on 02/22/2024. However, yesterday I received an email informing me that there is a delay. Now, it will be delivered on 02/24/2024 (hopefully). What was the point of paying extra for shipping then? Unacceptable!

Preorder is supposed to be a preorder, so you assure product is available for purchase on release day and apparently that isn't true anymore according to BestBuy because this is twice in a couple months, they were unable to supply a preorder on release date.

I paid for my 77" LG C3 and chose to pick it up in store and transport home myself but BB sold my tv that was already paid for! So, when I got there to pick it up it was gone and then they sent one from another store somewhere. I had to wait extra days and made the drive to BB for nothing! Keep in mind that I already paid for that specific TV and they just sold it to someone else, like why not get one sent from elsewhere to the other guy that had not paid yet?? So yes always beware when dealing with BB.
