I’m a Gamer and I’ve been using the Astro A50 X LIGHTSPEED Wireless Headset for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the best upgrades I’ve made for gaming. The sound quality is incredible—everything comes through so clearly, from quiet footsteps in shooters to booming explosions in action games. The bass is deep, but it doesn’t overpower the mids and highs, so you get a really balanced and immersive experience. One of my favorite features is the PLAYSYNC button, which makes switching between my Xbox, PlayStation, and PC unbelievably simple. No unplugging, no re-pairing, just press a button and you’re good to go. That alone makes this headset a game-changer for anyone who uses multiple systems. Comfort-wise, it’s excellent. I had this headset for 3 weeks now and they do not disappoint. Sound quality is top tier and mic quality is good. Comfortably is not bad still on the heavy side but the ear muffs are comfortable don't bother me at all and I am able to wear gaming glasses with no problem. I also enjoy the app for the headset, you are able customize the sound settings for the mic and game. My only complaints is the wheel for volume, sometimes I move it when I turn my head only happens when Im wearing a hoodie (not that big of deal honestly) 2 complaint is Bluetooth when you have Bluetooth active it will have your mic cut in and out when in a party on discord or ps party ( disabling Bluetooth will stop it) again not that big of a deal. My last complaint is the setup for the whole headset (easy to up) its too much cords having cords run to your console, the charger, pc and monitor is to much. I being able to dock my headset after each gaming session thats a cool thing to have honestly but evey gamer knows less cords to deal with the better because we already have enough cords to deal with lol. 4/5 just because of the app if they can fix the Bluetooth setting. In conclusion highly recommend these headphones you wont regret it.

Headphones are very comfortable, and greta for extensive use when gaming. My last pair of astros would give me a headache when wearing them for an extensive amount of time. And them being wireless is even better. They have a great battery life and games sound amazing on them. Set up was easy enough and straight forward. Only Con i can honestly can think is being more clear that you need an extra HDMI cable and a specific high speed so you can get the best out of the product. But othet than that I am very satisfied with my purchase!!

I like the overall fit sound and feeling of the headphones a lot of people say they have a lot of clamp which I can’t tell and I have a pretty big head the switching from game systems with the press of a button if very convenient but annoying because I have a computer and my ps5 is right beside it and you can only use one at a time and and I want to stream my ps5 to discord sometimes other than that the headphones have bluetooth last 24 hours and charge pretty quick and there’s also a port to play and charge at the same time. The cups fit nicely and very soft and you have a option to switch them out and get the mod kit I wish there was noise cancellation for how pricey the headphones are but they all around are great and some niche and really nice things I like about it the quality of the headphones scare me a bit cause they are all plastic and the headphones swivel points are metal but I had a old pair of a40 and they lasted me 10 years since 360 days so if you don’t rage or beat them up they’ll be fine they’re very good looking and also come with a app you can adjust your side tone microphone sound and adjust your eq for the best gaming experience

I just upgraded from the Astro A40's with the mixamp to the wireless Astro A50's and I could not be happier. I can get the same sound quality I've grown to know and love without being limited or inconvenienced by a cord. The bluetooth range is excellent, I can go downstairs to make food or across my house to use the bathroom and still be within range. The wireless charging dock comes in clutch big time. I have never once had this headset die on me, the 24 hour charge goes wild. I leave mine on the dock overnight to charge and I'm good to play as long as I want to the next day. It took me a little while to get familiar with the voice to game ratio on the side but it makes a lot more sense having used it for a couple weeks. My only recommendation, if you are using this with an xbox series x, please purchase an additional hdmi cord that is high quality. They include everything else in the box with your headset but you'll need one from your xbox to your tv (will come with the xbox) and one from the wireless charging dock to the xbox. Setting up the cables was a bit confusing but they offer online tutorials for every console/pc set up you could be using this headset for. This is my first set of wireless headphones by astro and I'm convinced. I was already set on sticking to astro for any future purchases from their sound quality and comfort to wear, but after seeing what this wireless headset can do, I will only be upgrading with the next set of wireless astro upgrades after these become outdated beyond use.

Hands down, one of the best headsets i've used in years. I am by far no audiophile, but with a couple tweeks of the EQ, this headset shines. The app works great, the set up is straight forward, and the battery life is superb. Another thing to note, is the weight. These bad boys aren't heavy, so long gaming sessions aren't fatiguing at all. The one downside, i would note, is that you need HDMI and USB-C plugged in at the same time on PS5 to get mic and audio working. I would recommend this headset all day long.

Tbh a very good headset that i would recommend to a gamer whos looking to get abit of quality and comfort. I recieved this headset as a gift from my girlfriend so no arguing from me on that but i do love this headset. I like that it can pretty much switch between different HDMI ports at a button, but at the cost of you needing 3 HDMI cables (to connect to your systems and to the tv of course). It was a bit of a pain to set up but after watching a youtube video on how to set it up, was very VERY helpful. So overall you do need 3 HDMI cables and 2 Usb C to A cables which i thought was disappointing that it didnt come with the headset in the first place seeing how much the headset is. But none of the less i do enjoy the headsets long battery life and the charging stand it comes with. So i would highly recommend this headset to a gamer who is dedicated to put in the hours or just to use for your game nights with the bois.

The sound quality of these are amazing along with the battery life. I use to have the old A50 but the battery life ended up being junk after the many years I had them. So I decided to try these guys and put boy are they good. I have no complaints the mic quality and the sounds quality are superb. The connection distance is pretty great as well probably close to 50ft away before losing connection. The charging stand is awesome I don't have to worry about making sure I plug it in after every use. Just slap in onto the dock and boom done.

This headset was pricey, $400 wow. However the microphone quality is that of the A40 TR wired, which is a great thing. It's one of the only wireless headsets that I've had that actually has great mic and sound quality, with the game/chat mix. I don't use the HDMI switcher function, but I use it straight with my PC. The bluetooth function works seamlessly with my phone while using it on my PC. I do have a weird issue when using the headset for the first time of the day, where I press the voice mix button once and it restarts after some nastly loud clicks, but I will try to contact logitech support about it since I've had it for about a year now. Every other issue I've had has been fixed with firmware updates from Logitech. I do wish it used the old ASTRO app instead of the heavyweight logitech g software, but it is what it is. The stock earcups are fine, but I replaced them with some aftermarket ones that make it a closed system and contain the sound better. I do also wish it didn't need to be plugged in with a special cable, but again, it is what it is. Being able to plug in if it dies is a great feature, although it hasn't died for me once yet, even after using it for 12-16 hours at a time for work or play.

Coming from a set of second generation A50s, these are good, but not great for the price-point. I’d do some research and shop around before pulling the trigger on these. The audio is marginally better than my older set, but the truly terrible software issues, lack of support and iffy Bluetooth have me rethinking the purchase. My other sets of Astros were very simple to setup with the Command Center control software used to adjust audio settings and set up sound profiles for different applications. Thats what you would expect from a mid/high tier headset in this category. Setting up the A50x to even work at all was a nightmare. Logitech G-Hub is a step backwards from the more user-friendly Command Center, which itself had crippling issues later on in the Astro lifecycle. I’ve been using Astros for years and I wouldn’t recommend this particular model until they’ve had time to work out the kinks. Wait for a sale or a more stable patch cycle, if anything.

Amazing headset and last all day, works great with my pc and PS5 and is comfortable too which makes it easier to play and the quality of sound is as good as it gets even better when you plug the wire in.

I fell in love with the A50’s and with next gen gaming removing the optical audio port, the sound quality declined exponentially. After trying Turtle Beach, Steel Series, Hyper X, and Astros A30’s, nothing could replace or compare to the experience of Astro A50’s and the charging system or flawless connectivity. Forget every wireless via dongle system with the countless unplug and plug back in reboots. When I heard the news that Astro would release the A50X’s, I was ecstatic. The only con of this headset is the price. After watching a few extensive review videos I came to the understanding of the price difference from previous generations and the new tech in this package. This docking system has a splitter to where if you have a Xbox series X, a PlayStation 5, and a PC, with the button on the side of the headset you can quickly switch sources. In my personal opinion, for Xbox series X, this headset is worth the investment for comfort, sound quality, and not a single wireless connectivity issue whatsoever. If you have two of the supported systems, I would say it is more valuable. If you have all three: Xbox, PlayStation, and a PC, it is one hundred percent worth the money. One headset for three platforms, with easy access between the three. No more buying a new headset for when you switch consoles or PC. I sold my method of transportation to buy this and I can’t leave the house now. I guess I didn’t plan on ever leaving the house again after securing this headset.

Such a fantastic headset — a little pricey, but the comfort is top-notch. The battery life never fails me. The surround sound and audio quality make for very immersive gameplay. The convenience of being able to sit it on a charging dock when I’m done and not have to worry about any wires or cables is very nice. Definitely recommend.

Bought the A50x as I have owned every generation of the A50 thus far and always enjoyed them. I have shyed away from Astro though in recent years to try other brands. The A50x was a iffy purchase for me not just because of its price but the horror stories online of it not working with certain monitors and or TV's. Also requiring a ton of cables for setup. I have a relatively clean minimalist setup and that really made me think long and hard. Ended up getting a set of the black model anyhow. Yes there are quite a few cables required for setup. I only have it connected to my PS5 and still have 4 cables coming out of the base station just to set it up properly. Also take into consideration that you will need to purchase an additional HDMI 2.1 cable as none are included and you need 2 for setup. I bought a 4ft Rocketfish 2.1 certified from Best Buy as well and it works perfectly. My monitor is the Asus Rog PG27AQDM OLED panel and i was nervous with it since I have read of issues with certain LG monitors and TV's and my Asus uses a modified LG panel. I either lucked out or my A50 base station has a new firmware as everything works perfectly just as it did prior to the A50. Some people have claimed their colors are duller or whatever but i have zero changes to my image quality. The A50 itself is just as comfortable as they have always been. Im debating on buying a set of Wicked Cushions for it but im not sure yet as the stock earpads are very nice. Sound is great to me right out of the box and my microphone comes across crystal clear according to those i have played with. Honestly very impressed with what Logitech has done with the A50. I mainly play shooters and its super easy to pinpoint enemies and other details with this headset

The A50X is probably the best headset I’ve ever owned and used. It has 3 av hdmi jacks to switch threw with a button on the headset. That means I don’t need to get up and switch the wires around. It has great sound quality and to top it off. It’s Bluetooth and connect to your phone so you can wirelessly connect your phone To receive calls and scroll socials. I purchased them in white so I can see the dirt to keep it clean. 100% happy with these they sound great and have tons of features, the equalizer definitely helps if you want to get more base or treble. Hands down its a great unit definitely recommend!
