• Helllo stephonovich78, unfortunately, the Brio 500 is not compatible with Windows Hello. We recommend using the 4K Pro webcam. With the 4K Pro Webcam, you'll be able to use it with Windows Hello. Thank you, have a great day. -Ricky from Logitech
