Does this camera mount to the pc monitor? null

Yes, it will mount to a normal size flat screen monitor. I have one on a flat screen TV. The TV monitor is too large for the clip so I secured it with two-sided tape. It works fine and does not fall off.

Yes, it easliy adjust to any monitor size. I use my on 24" LED screen.

It will ‘set’ on top. It seems relatively stable on booth my laptop and on my flat screen, but I wouldn’t say it ‘mounts’ it’s not permanent in any way.
