No you can't do that. The Xbox does not support web cams. If you are going to stream through your Xbox say on Twitch or Mixer and want a facecam you would have to buy a Kinect. Otherwise you would need a cheap pc (i5 or higher with at least 8gbs of Ram) to run a program like Streamlabs OBS (open broadcast software). You would also need the webcam and a capture card like the Elgato HD60s. Now if you don't already have all those things you're looking at about a 400-500 investment. A Kinect is about 100 I think. But the camera quality on Kinect at least through stream is pretty trash.

I loik at my box and it has an xbox symbol on it so yes you can use it. Picture is clear. You can look up me and see the quality of it. Slingingink84
