Yes $99 per camera.....if you don't pay you won't get the longer storage of your video's........read info on line about that. Yes it record 99% of them with a 5-10 sec delay. Yes just get the app and it will work on computer as well as iphone. Yes I have it plugged in to electric Over all as long as you have a good/strong wifi it will not let you down.
