• Yes. It works with most otg cables via your Android tablet. But make sure the otg cable you have supports keyboard and mouse connectivity, which generally means support for USB game pad functions. Some otg cables in the market will automatically tell you the compatibility of a game pad controller.

• We use 2 of these hooked to a 4 way hub connected to an OTG cable to run an FTC robot. It should work fine.

• As far as I know, it's basically a Windows device (7, 8.x, and 10), but it apparently works with Sony Android TV's. So based on that, if one knows how to tinker, a tablet shouldn't be too much of a stretch. But as far a plug-and-play functionality, I don't think that tablets are supported.
