Does this headset work with IOS I would like to use this headset for multipurpose, Id like to use bluetooth on my phone and have this hooked up does this allow that? If not can you recommend me any other headsets that do? null

Yes, I use this headset with my iPhone and it works great. No problems at all.

It does have Bluetooth but I cant find which version right now.  I use it on my PC and PS5 with the included dongle.  I like the depth it has and it's a light feel for comfortable listening
