• Sorry, friend. I just had this problem, and I now have a headset I cannot use. It looks like a replacement USB costs as much as the headset. Logitech has an update for the Bluetooth, but you can only use the USB to download the update - which is not helpful if you need the Bluetooth to replace the USB.
