“Hi, bought the G345 headset for my son to use on his Nintendo switch. I’ve been able to connect the headphones to the iPad however the Nintendo switch is not finding them. Can you please assist, I’m a total novice with this stuff! Thanks”

I believe these were falsely advertised as a gaming headset for the switch. Hopefully you have your receipt I would take them back and get the arctis steel series 1. They work beautifully with the switch
