Hi. Im having the same issue. Did you solved the problem? Im really getting frustrated at this. I tough. It was just plug and play. Is there a 1800 number so we can call and get more help. Im new to all this. I already downloaded Logitech G Hub

Please check the following: Update the device's firmware: • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html) • Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings • If a firmware update is available, a Blue "Update" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen Set wheel sensitivity in G HUB. Adjust wheel operating range in G HUB. Set pedal sensitivity in G HUB. Check in game settings. Check with different games or PC. Hopefully that will solve your issue!
