• Yes, you have complete control of them and the LED lights coloring on back/side of headphones, when plugged in to a USB port on laptop or computer that is running the Logitech Gaming Software application. They are not bluetooth headphones, so will not work wirelessly with iPhone. They have an analog cable to plug into regular 3.5mm headphone jack if your iPhone has that.

• Not sure what you mean by RGB but no, these will not work with any phone. The wireless connection depends on you connecting a USB stick that it comes with to the device. Without the USB stick plugged in the headphones will not detect the device.
