- Answer Perfectly well, yes. Comfort-wise, it's not really designed for long sessions, and it's quite basic; but if you're not looking for bells and whistles, this will work just fine. In fact I used an older version of this same model for years for gaming with friends.

QuestionHello. I have 2 H390 headsets. Caller can hear me when red light is blinking and when it’s still on both headsets. Background noise also picks up on headset. Could it be the headset or computer. I use a Dell laptop for work. Thank you.

- Answer This is a fairly simple headset, there is no "on" or "off" (unless you count the Mute button). It's either connected to your computer or it isn't. As for saving audio in a particular file format, that's a matter of using software that supports the file type you're interested in. This is simply a generic audio input device for your computer.

- Answer You must train your computer and headset to adapt to noise surroundings it is very easy to do you must train it to be in noisy place at first so when it is quiet it will still work just as well when I train my devices I turned on the radio I allow my wife to me on the phone any noises possible while trying to make that document it does learn to separate sounds

- Answer No microphone sensitivity controls. The noise cancellation is at the microphone so that background noise is minimized for those listening to you or for your recording. It does not cancel noise to improve your listening experience.
