You must train your computer and headset to adapt to noise surroundings it is very easy to do you must train it to be in noisy place at first so when it is quiet it will still work just as well when I train my devices I turned on the radio I allow my wife to me on the phone any noises possible while trying to make that document it does learn to separate sounds
