A:AnswerI'm not familiar with the Tivo but as long it uses an infrared remote and you have the Tivo remote, it will work through the learn function. I recently purchased a generic 8 port hdmi switch that came from China. Since there was no brand name on it there was no way to look it up in the database so I used the learn function to program it.

If you need voice commands get the elite. But it is much more expensive and is more advanced. I think the 655 is the perfect amount of tech with easy everyday use to the money.
