“I can't get a strong enough wifi signal to get internet access for my new bluray DVD player so I can stream neflix and amazon. Do I need a booster or what? Thanks”

This product doesn't have anything to do with the wifi to your blueray DVD player signal. However, you can always run an ethernet cable directly to the DVD player from your internet router for the best speed and connection. If that's to hard to do, just try and get your wifi router closer to your DVD player and move stuff that's between the two.
