When it says "Windows" it means it's Windows-only compatible. Were it compatible with all computer operating systems it wouldn't say "Windows" specifically.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since I've used a Mac keyboard with a Windows computer, I don't see why you couldn't use a Windows keyboard with a Mac computer. But some of the keys will be labeled differently. For instance, there is no Open Apple key on the Windows keyboard (and I'm not sure what the Windows equivalent for Open Apple would be).
