• As long as your device has a USB port it will work fine. I'm not sure if the iPads have a USB micro or a USB port though

• No, it won't work with iPad or any model. This is not a Bluetooth keyboard. It will only work for devices with a micro USB plug in like desktop, laptops and etc...
