Yes. But if you're looking for just a good wireless keyboard, there are far better options that don't have a track-pad. Typing on this keyboard is not the greatest. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Yes, as you have another empty use port for another unifying receiver or if you have a Bluetooth mouse and it works fine together as well

no problems, if it is a Logitech mouse that uses their universal dongle, it might share the same dongle and save a USB port.
