• This is a 2.4ghz wireless device not Bluetooth. If your android device supports OTG you can plug the receiver into your USB port and it works flawlessly but don't expect it to be connected without an adapter.

• NO, unless your phone has a USB port. This isn't a Bluetooth keyboard. It is a wireless 2.4GHz keyboard

• Probably not. it has a Logitech dongle that has to be plugged into a USB port on the device. You would probably need one that is Bluetooth compatible. this one is not.

• This keyboard uses a USB dongle to communicate with the host, it is not bluetooth capable (so no, does not pair to smart phone or tablet).
