• It works with my Samsung 9 series 65" tv. but it did not work with most of the apps.

• Not completely sure with a 2010 Sharp smart TV but mine connected without issues on my Sharp LC series TV. Check if you can update your TV's software, and hopefully it may detect it. Another solution is to upgrade your disc player if you haven't yet. I got a Samsung with built in web browser and it connected well w/out problem. Got my keyboard on sale $20 - so I was not worried if it didn't work for me, but luckily it did. Sharp TV rules!
