“I have a couple of these camera's at my house in the USA. I also have a house in Europe and want to setup a few of them there. Can I set them up when I travel there under the same account?”

You should be able to. You have to sign in under your email address. I have them at my business and at my home. As long as you have wi-fi and can get online you are good

Once you are in Europe, all you need to do is open the Circle app, go to Settings > Add camera and follow the on screen instructions. This will ensure your cameras in Europe are under the same account. Once all the cameras are set up, if you want to switch between cameras, simply tap on the Camera Name at the top of the Live view and from the multi-camera view, select the camera you want to switch to. - Erika from Logitech
