- Answer Hi Macdaddy, the MK470 is not compatible with an iPad. It uses a USB receiver to connect to a device. The K380 keyboard paired with the M350 Pebble would be a good low profile and portable set that can pair via Bluetooth to the iPad.

- Answer Hey there! The MK470 is designed for use with windows operating systems. It may work with a smart tv so long as it has a USB port, but you may lose some functionality.

- Answer Hello there! The MK470 is plug and play, and doesn't require any additional set up other than plugging the receiver in, so it should work just fine on your login screen.

QuestionHi, I purchased this keyboard and mouse last October 2020 and just purchased the Macbook Air. I have a USB adaptor and the USB doggle inserted but the Mac is still not identifying the mouse or keyboard at all. Is this compatible?

QuestionI want to use this keyboard/mouse combo with two different computers (Lenovo laptop for work/MacBook for personal). Since the set isn’t unifying, what dongle do I need to purchase for the set to work on my Mac? Or would I need a second compatible mouse?

QuestionHi - i purchased this keyboard because it was identified as working with MAC. The keyboard does not do basic functions/register control keys. I can't do basic shortcuts like "Copy" and "paste". any suggestions??

- Answer Hello EEMB. The MK470 can work with MacOS, it just does not have the shortcut keys printed on them. You will use the Windows key as your CMD. So what is normally CMD+C for copy on a Mac keyboard will be WIN+C on the MK470. Hopefully this is helpful. For more help, please visit our support site: support.logi.com

- Answer I just purchased this combo and the receiver is non-unifying. I use the keyboard with my MX 3 mouse I just purchased as well. Since it is Bluetooth, I only have to use the one dongle.

- Answer Hello, the MK470 uses AA batteries. Up to 18-month battery life for the mouse and 36-months for the keyboard mean that you don’t have to worry about losing power. Both go into battery-saving sleep mode when not in use.

- Answer Hi Wendy, the MK470 will work with Windows 10 operating system on your Dell Laptop. Keep in mind it connects with a USB receiver, so you will need to have an open USB port in order for this mouse and keyboard combo to work.

- Answer Hi, the MK470 uses a USB receiver to pair to a computer/laptop. The Google Pixelbook does not have a standard USB port, it only has a USB C port. You would need a USB hub for the required USB receiver to be plugged into in order for it to work with your Pixelbook.
