• connect to my old Samsung note 2 phone threw OTG adapter and my hisense smart tv --so I'd think so but not sure

• I think it depends on the type of Samsung Smart TV you have. A USB adapter is required for this particular wireless keyboard/mouse. It did not work on my Samsung Smart TV, but I hear from others that some Samsung TV's might allow the USB dongle/adapter. Personally I use a Bluetooth keyboard paired with my TV. Works great! ..has built in touch pad so I only need to keep up with one piece of equipment instead of two.
