• press windows logo button and print screen buttons together should do it for you as it does for me.

• Hi KAREN, The print screen for the MK710 keyboard is just above the Home key. Here's a link to the Getting Started guide https://www.logitech.com/assets/46738/wireless-desktop-mk710.pdf. This shows a picture of the function keys on page 9 and is a great reference for the future. Hope that this helped. - Richard from Logitech
