“I'm assuming that because the scroll wheel isn't vertical, this doesn't have the super fast scrolling ability like the g604 has? Is there any ability to defriction the wheel or does this just have regular scrolling”

Tho you can use the Logitech software to enable alternative gesture scrolling with the Fn key on the keyboard if you also use a Logitech keyboard. Other than that, it is just regular scrolling.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No unfortunately it doesn't have that scroll wheel like the g604 or g502 - the closest "ergonomic" mouse that that wheel is the mx master 3. This just has regular scrolling - great mouse still!
