Yes, you would need a left-hand version. It would be an awkward feeling.

There are no left-handed versions of this mouse. The best I can recommend is an Apple Magic Trackpad in lieu of a mouse for general computing. For gaming, an ambidextrous non-vertical mouse is unfortunately what's available outside of an RH only model.

No they did not. I do not recommend this product. It will hurt your elbow after using it for quite some time
